国内外に幅広いネットワークを持つプロスタッフが主催者様のイメージを的確に捉え、「MICE」の運営をお手伝いしております。
事業内容は、企業会議・各種大会・研修会・表彰式・医学会・国際会議・展示会・文化イベントと幅広く行っております。
Our professional staff who have wide range of netowrk get your image specifically and help managing「MICE」with professional knowledge and fresh ideas to make your plan successful. Our business lineups are business meeting, various meeting, workshop, awards ceremony, medical congress, international meeting, exhibithion and cultural event.
会場運営管理・演出・進行
小規模から大規模な場面まで、無駄のない円滑な進行により、主催者様・お客様双方に大切なひとときをお楽しみいただける会場づくりを行います。経験豊かなスタッフの確かな技術とネットワークを以て、主催者様のイメージを具現化致します。

テクニカル機器・備品レンタル
主催者様の演出プランを最大限に実現化するために必要な映像・音響・照明・舞台用の機器や備品のレンタル業務を承ります。
また、幅広いネットワークを通し、主催者様のご希望に添える機材の手配を行います。
コンベンション部門・イベント部門・テクニカル部門・アウトドア事業部が連携してご提案いたします。
Rental of visual & audio equipment
We provide visual & audio equipment which include screens, sounds, lighting, and stage equipment to support your events. We can also arrange other technical equipment through wide range of network.
Production・
Promotion Business制作・プロモーション事業
コンベンション事業と連動し、企業PR・オープニングビデオなどの映像制作業務と、プロのアーティストによる、理想の楽曲制作を承ります。さらに、紙媒体から販促商品までの幅広いグラフィックデザインの提供を行います。
・医学会、研修会、セミナーの動画、写真撮影承ります。
「動画収録・編集」 テロップ、3Dアニメーション、オープニングビデオ制作等。
「写真撮影」 アルバム制作等。
・アウトドア事業部にてアウトドアの楽しみ方、機能性、デザイン性を追求しプロダクトを開発いたします。
By associating with "Convention Business", we provide not only a piece of music by professional artist, but also video editing service such as company PR and conference opening video. Furthermore, we offer the broad graphic design of a paper medium for the promoting products.

量の注文に配慮し食品ロスの削減に取り組みます。

We focus on reducing food loss by avoiding excessive
orders of drink and food when the convention is held.

従業員の健康を守るために禁煙を推進し、定期健診の実施と保健指導をして健康管理を行います。
出社時、退社時は顔を見て挨拶をし、従業員一人一人の顔が見える関係性、働きやすい環境を作ります。
定期的に面談を行うと同時にメンタルケアも心掛けます。
毎月実施しているミーティングでは、参加者全員が目的とゴールの共通認識をもち、性別も年齢も関係なく皆が積極的に意見を述べられる場を設け業務改善をします。

We promote quitting smoking, and conducting regular health exams and health instructions.

身の回りのものは再利用・再資源化、不要なゴミを出さないようにするなど、一人ひとりが意識し社内外スタッフ全体で取り組み
ます。
・ ペーパーレス化：コピーやプリントはせず、従業員全員にタブレットを配布し必要な情報はクラウドにデータをアップロードし
社内共有。やむを得ない印刷は環境に配慮した紙を使用。
・ウォーターサーバー設置：使い捨てプラカップ・紙コップ・ペットボトルを減らすため、支給されたマイボトルやコップを使用
・電力使用量の削減・節水：LED照明の使用。空室、不在時はこまめに消灯し必要最低限の使用。
・ 廃棄物削減：壊れてしまったものはできる限り修理、またはリサイクルへ。
Save the wealth of nature on the ground
Every single staff regardless of internal or external. We work on recycling the daily items and reducing
unnecessary waste.
Paperless: We don't do printouts or make a copy. Providing tablets for every employee and uploading
the data to the cloud so we can share the information.
We only use eco-friendly paper if it's necessary.
Installing the water server: To less expendable plastic or paper cups and plastic bottles, utilizing
company-provided bottles and cups.
Save electricity and water: Use LED luminaire. Turning off the power when the room is unoccupied
to save electricity.
Decreasing the number of wastes: Repairing broken equipment as much as possible or recycling.
(1) CAIの安全衛生基本方針
事業活動の展開は、従業員の安全と健康のうえに成り立つことを、事業者、従業者 ( CAI社員、請負会社社員、派遣会社社員、
納入業者、工事会社、運営協力会社 ) が認識し、安全・衛生優先の業務推進を行うことを基本方針とする。

constructors, and business associates) acknowledge that developing our business is based on the safety

行動指針
従業員の安全と健康の確保、並びに快適な職場環境の形成を目指す過程で、自主的な安全衛生推進体制の維持・改善を継続的に
展開する。安全衛生教育を通じて、従業員の意識向上と知識向上を図るとともに、一人ひとりが広く社会の安全衛生活動に関心
を持ち、見ら行動できるよう、啓発と支援を行う。
安全衛生に関する国内外の関係法規を遵守するとともに、自主的な目標を設定し、その実現に努める。
Our guideline
Developing that maintains and improves the spontaneous promotion system of our safety and sanitation while
attempting to secure the safety and health of employees and creating a comfortable work environment.
Through safety and hygiene education, developing working ethics and knowledge. Giving proper support
in order to take proactive action for each Individual who has a strong interest in the broad activity of safety

We obey national or international laws related to safety and hygiene. Set a spontaneous goal and make an

労働安全衛生教育のねらい
業務上被災に遭遇しないよう安全管理の基本を習得すること。自分で健康管理を行うことの重要性を理解。
安全意識と「ヘルスリテラシー」(自己保健意識)の醸成を目的とした安全衛生教育を実施。

機器の貸出終了後は速やかに個人情報データを削除し再確認を行い、お客様の大切な情報をお守りしてます。
Conducting information security countermeasures
When cases are closed, we immediately delete personal information from our AV
equipment and laptops. We also conduct double-checking to protect our client's personal information.
